姜黎,汉族,生于1980年10月,河南沈丘人,中国科学院新疆生态与地理研究所副研究员,民进新疆区委会科技医卫委员会主任委员(兼),新疆尉犁县副县长(挂职)。一直从事罗布麻种植和产业开发、盐碱地改良应用、乡村振兴产业发展等方面的研究工作。2022年入选第一批“新疆青少年科普教育专家”。主持或参与国家、科学院和自治区等项目20 余项,发表论文、专利共计80余篇;40多份提案被全国政协、民进中央和自治区政协采纳、领导批示。
